Maru-gun 0.8.3 for Windows x64

Fix Windows launcher argument quoting so custom application paths containing spaces work when opening the installed control window. Also fixes private storage setup in elevated Windows sessions by assigning the token-default directory owner to the current user and applying a protected per-user ACL. Other account owners remain rejected.

Install the tool in a writable application folder. Select your existing Windower4/addons folder separately, then choose Download and install. All Windows component versions are 0.8.3, sequence 4. The unpublished 0.8.1 and 0.8.2 Windows installer candidates are superseded and revoked.

The bundled production trust root verifies TUF update metadata and app/addon packages. The installer is not Windows Authenticode-signed. Real FFXI gameplay and multibox qualification remain pending.

Close all FFXI and Windower clients before activating addon updates. Installation does not start automation. Linux remains on 0.8.1.
